(A)Well baka is the Japanese word for idiot, stupid, moron, dumb, etc... Seeing as the japanese language doesn't necessarilly have a different word for each occassion (as we "oh so wonderful americans" do) and that baka is such a fun word, that is why it is the name of this site.
